Mike currently serves as a freelance meteorologist for WSET-TV, the ABC affiliate in Lynchburg, VA, WAVY-TV (NBC) and WVBT-TV (FOX) in Hampton Roads, VA, and WHEC-TV (NBC) in Rochester, NY. He has received the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) designation from the American Meteorological Society and holds the National Weather Association's Television Seal of Approval. Mike serves on the Broadcast Meteorology Subcommittee on Standards and Ethics for the NWA and has served as Chief Meteorologist for television stations in Richmond, VA, Rochester, NY and Binghamton, NY.
