THURSDAY:  Mostly cloudy with some rain likely...HIGH in the low 60s  (Wind: SE 5-10 mph)

FRIDAY:  Very mild with lots of clouds and some showers and possibly a thunderstorm..LOW near 50, HIGH in the mid to upper 60s

SATURDAY:  More clouds and showers possible...LOW in the upper 40s, HIGH in the low to mid 60s

SUNDAY:  A mix of sun and clouds...LOW in the mid 40s, HIGH in the upper 50s

MONDAY:  Partly sunny...LOW near 40, HIGH in the upper 50s

Mike Goldberg currently serves on the Broadcast Meteorology Committee and the Subcommittee on Standards and Ethics for the National Weather Association.  His forecasts can be heard weekday afternoons during "Kat's Cafe" on Lite 98, as well as Thursdays and Fridays during the "Afternoons With Tony Booth" show on Big Oldies 107.3.  Mike writes about the weather in central Virginia for examiner.com.  He is also the Meteorological Consultant/Forecaster for the Gwinnett Braves, Triple-A baseball affiliate for the Atlanta Braves, and
